1 in 10 leave their insurer over foreign call centres

The ongoing poll on noclaimsdiscount.co.uk has passed 700 votes by now, but here are the stats just past the 600 mark. Showing foreign call centres taking 10% of the vote in a poll entitled “why are you leaving your insurer?” www.noclaimsdiscount.co.uk is an insurer comparison website with people generally only visiting the site looking to change their insurer which gave us a unique opportunity to poll people fresh from their grievances! This comes around the time where Churchill Insurance adjust their TV advertising to state they only use UK call centres whilst HSBC announces that only their “premier” customers will get UK call centres … the (lesser-valued) current account holders will have to face overseas call centres. Wow!
