Machinery Pete drops in to the 18th Annual National Winter Convention of the IHC Collectors Club in Grand Rapids, MI. Pete interviews Fremont Hoover and Jerry Smoker, both members of the northern Indiana chapter of the IHC Collectors Club. Hoover was instrumental in helping start the IHC Collectors Club back 20 years ago.
